Terms of Service

Referral service only

Commercial Leads is an independent referral service. We do not perform cleaning services and are not a party to any agreement between you and a cleaning provider.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, contact you, or offer a particular price. Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own work, pricing, licensing and insurance. Please verify these directly with any provider before hiring.

Free to request

Requesting a quote is free and creates no obligation to hire.

Accurate information

You agree to submit accurate information and only for properties you are authorized to request quotes for.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for services performed by providers.
